　　 On November 17th, the 20th meeting of the National Association of Small and Medium sized Motor Factory Directors was held at Fuzhou Wande Electric Co., Ltd. More than 20 representatives, including the Secretary General of the Motor Branch of the China Association of Mechanical and Electrical Products Circulation, the International Copper Association, Chongqing Electric Machinery Factory, Shanghai Huabin Electric Machinery, Xi'an Taifu Xima Electric Machinery, Shandong Tailan Electric Machinery, Chongqing Sailimang Electric Machinery, Hangzhou New Hengli Electric Machinery, Suzhou Jufeng Electric Machinery, Jiangsu Dazhong Electric Machinery, Suzhou the Taihu Lake Electric Machinery, Datong (Shanghai) Electric Machinery, and Yanan Electric Machinery, attended the meeting.

During the conference, representatives visited three major WONDER members, including Ningde Dayu Precision Casting Co., Ltd., Fujian Lisong Metal Industry Co., Ltd., and Fujian Wanda Motor Co., Ltd. They then gathered in the conference room on the third floor of Wanda for a discussion.

　　At the meeting, General Manager Yu Zhuangxiang warmly welcomed the representatives and shared with them the development history, main industries, and production situation of Wanda Group and its members; Summarize and analyze the current development situation of the motor industry. Next, Chairman Yu Zhuangfei shared the company's current main practices in production management, marketing models, talent cultivation, and company compensation, and also made corresponding introductions on the company's future development directions.

　　Secretary General Chen Kang proposed that it is crucial for enterprises to undergo transformation and upgrading in order to keep up with the trend of the times. The development of enterprises not only requires standardized management, marketing model reform, talent cultivation, product quality control, technological innovation and other factors, but also should focus on industrial transformation and upgrading, which is an urgent need to cope with the changing situation. To this end, greater efforts and faster progress will be made to promote the adjustment of industrial structure and the transformation of development momentum, thereby further enhancing the comprehensive strength of enterprises.

Mr. Liang of the International Copper Association briefly introduced the specific situation of the International Copper Association and had friendly conversations with all parties, including gradually adapting to industry changes during the expansion period, as well as the application and future development trends of copper rotors. At present, the association mainly cooperates with German enterprises and will make progress and breakthroughs in various fields in the future, developing new types of electric motors.

Zhou Qiaolin, Chairman of Jiangsu Dazhong, highly recognizes the quality of our castings and other products, and appreciates the transformation and upgrading of our products. Dazhong is building an intelligent manufacturing workshop to promote transformation and upgrading. We hope that colleagues in the industry can visit Dazhong for guidance and progress together.

The representatives of the attending enterprises also introduced their practices in operation, management, and product development, as well as their thoughts after the visit. They shared their management experience and had serious discussions and exchanges on specific issues such as the development direction, industry level, product quality control, industrial transformation, environmental protection, business strategies, and technological innovation of the enterprises.

The convener of the association, Yang Cheng, former chairman of Hebei Electric, sent a congratulatory message from the United States, expressing regret for not being able to participate in this association and sincerely wishing all enterprises a better future development path.

The representatives of the attending enterprises affirmed the overall production situation and achievements of our company, and also put forward their own opinions and suggestions on the problems that exist in our company. At the same time, the representatives of various enterprises believe that although the current motor industry is highly competitive and national policies are constantly updated and adjusted, as long as enterprises seize the opportunity, target customer needs, improve product quality, accelerate the pace of transformation and upgrading, adjust business management strategies in a timely manner, and actively respond to the "the Belt and Road" initiative, we can win the initiative of development and create a new Xintiandi in the industry.
